High Pressure in Charge

A short, but sweet (and chilly) forecast story to share with you this evening; high pressure is locked-in across the northeast, so our stretch of sunny days will continue for a spell. A frontal boundary will move our way tomorrow from the west, but will dissipate as it approaches, therefore it will have very little impact on our weather scene.

Our forecast stays quiet right through the upcoming weekend; yesterday we were keeping an eye on a potential storm for next week, but it now appears that low is going to track too far to our south. So....looks like travel weather for the holiday should be quite tame.
