(NEWS CENTER) -- Governor LePage has informed U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius that Maine has no intention of creating a health insurance exchange program because the State would be spending money on it without having any control over it.

That means, as part of the Affordable Health Care Act, the federal government would have to step in and create the program for the State.

We talk with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling about LePage's stand and about the change of leadership in the Legislature, after the election.
