LARGO, Maryland (NEWS CENTER) -- A man from Maryland who's been missing for nearly two weeks and was thought to be in Maine has been found dead.
Timothy Fowler suffered from alzheimer's. His family believed there was a chance he was in Maine. He was from Portland and often spoke about going back there.
He walked away from an adult care center in Largo, Maryland nearly two weeks ago. His family tells us he was found about 10 miles from that facility. Fowler had Type-2 diabetes; officials told the family it appeared he died from not having access to his medication.
