LISBON, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - The Lisbon Police Department says they know who flattened the tires of 15 school buses in early March.

On Wednesday, police charged a 16 year old Lisbon High School junior with one count of Aggravated Criminal Mischief.

Police say apart from the tires, the teen also stole electrical cords from the buses.

A number of community members offered tips in the investigation and student witnesses were also interviewed.

The case will be referred to the Maine Department of Corrections' Juvenile Services in Auburn. That department will determine whether the case moves forward in Juvenile Court.
