We'll see chilly temperatures again today, only making it into the upper teens and low 20s across the area. It'll be partly sunny for the day. Winds will be breezy out of the northwest at 10-15 mph gusting to as high as 25 mph. The wind chill will make things feel much colder again. Could feel like it's well below 0 in many places. There are wind chill warnings and advisories in place through tomorrow.
Overnight we'll see partly cloudy skies. temperatures will drop into the negative single digits and positive single digits as well. Winds will be from the northwest at 10-15 mph.
Tomorrow will be about the same as today with a little more sunshine as a high pressure system pushes in. Temps will be in the mid to upper teens and low 20s. Wind still gusting to 25 mph at times as well so it'll still feel pretty frigid out there.
Monday things will take a sharp turn in the warmer direction. Everyone will see 20s for high temperatures. It'll stay sunny as well. By Monday night clouds start to increase. There is the potential for some snow Monday night into Tuesday. At this point it's looking like it will only affect southern Maine and about the southern half of New Hampshire. It's looking like about a dusting to an inch in most spots. Nothing big. Overnight lows will be in the teens everywhere so certainly cold enough for snow but it won't feel painful finally!
As we get into Tuesday snow moves out of the area although it will stay mostly cloudy. A second low comes in Tuesday night and bring more moisture with it. We could see a mix of snow/freezing rain/rain on tuesday night but by Wednesday we will see rain showers as the warm front pushes through the area.
Wednesday stays quite warm behind the front with highs making it into the 40s pretty much everywhere. Scattered rain showers during the day will stick around through the overnight hours as well.
Thursday looks rainy as the cold front pushes through the area. By Thursday night temperatures are back to chilly.
Friday looks partly sunny with temps right around normal (upper 20s and low 30s) for highs.
Have a great Saturday.
