1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt to taste
1 bay leaf
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely sliced
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
3 cups cooked Great Northern beans, drained chopped cilantro, for garnish Shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese for garnish (optional) Plain Greek yogurt as sour cream substitute for garnish (optional)

Preparation:
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of the oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add turkey and cook, stirring often, until browned. Transfer to a bowl and return pot to heat.
