How about helping others as you work up a sweat? Thanksgiving workouts have been a growing trend over the past couple years. Some even make it a family event to work up a sweat before all the over indulgence. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, these workouts help raise money and donations for local charities.

*Donations of non-perishable food and cash will be going towards Hope Haven.
Bangor 7th Annual Turkey Trek @ 8am
*Please bring non-perishable food items for donation to Good Shepherd Food Bank.
SPRQ Studio, Sabattus
Combo Bootcamp, Cardio, and Zumba @ 8am
*Food donations will help provide Thanksgiving dinner for three local families.
Lincoln County Spark, Damariscotta
Turkey Trot Run/Walk 5k @ 8am
*$5 donation for the local food panty.
On the Move Fitness & Wellness, South Portland
Wobble Before You Gobble @ 9am
*Donations go towards the South Portland food pantry.
Boothbay Region YMCA, Boothbay
2nd Annual Turkey Run/Walk 5k or 10k @9am
*Please bring a monetary donation for the food pantry.
