There's a new workout sweeping the globe that makes your workout feel more like a party. Bokwa is a cardio workout that throws out all the fancy choreography and lets you take control of the moves. Instructor Susan Sinnett of Studio Fit in Westbrook tells us that when it comes to Bokwa there's just one simple rule. Know it...and own it! Know it, meaning at the beginning of each class you are taught how to walk out numbers and letters. Those simple moves never change. It is then up to you to own it and ramp it up if you like.
