  • Looking for a new method in working out? Step up to the barre for the Rasamaya Method. Founder Carrie Tyler tells us she started to explore the major emotions and energy that come through movement. The goal was to have a fluid life both on and off your mat. From that Rasamaya was born. A method that is more than just a workout. It's an experience.

    Heated pilates, yoga, and Barre classes teach clients about their bodies paying close attention to a different focus each month. It's all about empowerment and making people feel good about who they are. These three classes address the whole person and are structured in a way that can change the shape of the body fast. Yoga helps to focus on the mental health. Barre and pilates are more site specific and can fine tune muscle that you wouldn't normally work in a regular workout.
