PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Buck's Naked BBQ showed the Morning Report Wednesday how easy it is to grill indoors in the winter. With a grill pan it is easy to get grill marks on chicken and red meat.
Owner of Buck's Naked Alex Caisse made grilled pork belly, grilled chicken, watermelon salad, potato pouches, basmati rice and grilled peppers. The grill sizzled while Caisse explained that brines really enhance meat flavor. He also said that specialty salt, like Hawaiian salt, bring out the sweetness of the watermelon.
