The Havana Cubano

1 10" piece of Tandoor (Naan) flatbread
2 Slices of Ham
3 Slices of Mortadella
2 Slices of Swiss Cheese
5 Sweet Pickle chips
1/2 spoon of Dijon Mustard
1/4 spoon of Hot chili sauce (4 red chili peppers, 1 tablespoon water, 2 pinches of sugar, 2 pinches of salt, 3 garlic cloves, 1 spoon vinegar.

1 10" piece of Tandoor (Naan) flatbread 2 Slices of Ham 3 Slices of Mortadella 2 Slices of Swiss Cheese 5 Sweet Pickle chips 1/2 spoon of Dijon Mustard 1/4 spoon of Hot chili sauce (4 red chili peppers, 1 tablespoon water, 2 pinches of sugar, 2 pinches of salt, 3 garlic cloves, 1 spoon vinegar.
To Make the Chili Sauce:

Cook covered over low heat and let boil for ten minutes then puree in blender until smooth. This will make much more than is required but it will keep for several weeks should you feel the urge to make another!..

To Make the Sandwich:
Layer the Ham, Mortadella and Swiss Cheese on top of each other, near the center of the flatbread in a long narrow row, leaving a space of 3" on the top and bottom. Spread the Dijon Mustard over the Swiss cheese and then place pickles over it.Drizzle the hot sauce over the pickles.
Fold the top and bottom in towards each other leaving a small open gap between. Fold the two sides over one another, like a burrito and then place fold side down on butter and olive oil basted hot griddle or panini press. Baste the top of the flatbread with the olive oil and butter mixture and then close press or use heavy iron pan on top. Allow to cook for three to four minutes. Slice diagonally and serve.
