Bugaboo Creek Steak House Recipes

BBQ Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

  • tortilla chips
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • chicken
  • BBQ sauce
  • jalapenos
  • tomato

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place 2 ounces of tortilla chips on the platter. Spread 1 cup of cheese over the chips. Pour 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce over the chips.

Cover with 2 more ounces of chips. Spread pulled chicken meat over the chips. Put 1 cup of cheese over the chicken. Spread 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce over the nachos.

Place the platter in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle jalapeno slices and diced tomato over the cheese.

Crab cake

Ingredients:

  • crab meat
  • mayonnaise, 1 ¼ cups
  • red peppers, diced, 1 cup
  • bread crumbs, 1 ½ cups
  • old bay seasoning, 4 tspn

Combine mayonnaise, old bay seasoning and peppers. Add crab meat.

Use a rubber spatula to lightly fold mayonnaise mix and crab.

Even spread the bread crumbs over the top of the mix. Fold the bread crumbs into the mix. Do not overwork the crab.

Allow the mix to sit for 20 minutes before portioning.
